EY Future Female Leaders Event

​An interesting night at the EY Future Female Leaders evening on Tuesday. Thanks EY for inviting our BGS members. The big topic of discussion was centered around the challenges women have in the workplace, and how to grow and support each other going forward. Leadership, female role models and mentors were seen to be a few effective ways to grow future female talent in NZ and abroad.
