Grozdana Maric Manalo (University of Sydney Business School)

Grozdana is a trained career educator with a Master of Learning and Development, majoring in Career Development Learning and Adult Learning. She holds certification in Designing Your Life, a design-thinking methodology for career planning, and has developed both curricular and co-curricular career education programs. With more than 15 years of experience in tertiary education, Grozdana is passionate about empowering students to build meaningful and sustainable careers.

Tanique Francis (Data Insight)

Tanique works within People & Operations at Data Insight, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, human resources, people and culture initiatives, and day-to-day operations. Her background includes end-to-end recruitment across Digital, Data, and Technology sectors. Tanique is passionate about people, process improvement, and helping organisations thrive while supporting individuals throughout their career journeys.

Jacinta Penn (University of Auckland)

A qualified Career Development Consultant and AI Coach with the University's career services team, Jacinta brings experience across technology, recruitment, and entrepreneurship, having spent 15 years running her own e-learning business. Alongside supporting students with career guidance, she collaborates with the careers team to design and deliver scalable online resources. Her work includes developing digital learning content, streamlining processes through automation, and exploring responsible applications of AI to enhance access to career information, guidance, and employability support.
